Meadow Stone Consulting was created out of a desire to help small and medium sized enterprises (SME) succeed at SME rates. With over a decade of experience working on process optimization, business strategies, and developing training programs, we can help your business to succeed.
Meadow Stone is based in Logan, UT, with capabilities to service clients across the US. We are a SME focused consulting firm specializing in assisting companies to optimize processes to maximize profits. At the core of what makes our services work for our clients is our ability to deeply understand the business, cleanly organize and develop the processes, and assist in implementing the processes so our clients can immediately start to collect more juice from their squeeze.
Meadow Stone's founder, John Marett, spent several years working for a private equity group where he contributed to helping start-up companies grow and overcome the various challenges of scaling a small business. He continued on to work for some of the largest corporations in the world where he further honed his skills through exposure to world-class training and practice. Through his experiences, John gained the skills and knowledge to help SME's overcome their unique challenges and deliver top-quality service aligned with SME budgets.
